The Joy Ride

Happy 10th Anniversary to Josh & Elena!

ARTIST OF THE DAY
David Glenn

David Glenn spent more than ten years in the Atlanta area building contemporary worship programs for churches from the ground up before moving to Virginia Beach in 2012 where he is on staff at River Oak Church. While leading worship is his primary passion, the singer/songwriter has also been performing praise concerts all across America and abroad.

"My goal is to simply inspire a spirit of worship and be someone who is encouraging in other people's lives," says Glenn. "..to do that in a creative and culturally relevant way, but at the end of the day, I want to put my guitar down and feel like what I contributed truly helped others worship the Lord."

Verse of the Day

For I know the plans that I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.

Jeremiah 29:11

Amazing Fact

An egg that is fresh will sink in water, but a stale one won't.

Scriptural Pursuit

Q: According to Jesus, which was the most important of all God's commandments?

A: Love God with all your heart, soul, and mind. (Matthew 22) Congrats to Kameryn in Delmar, MD!
